If you simply want to be added to our email list, just fill in your Name, Surname and Email Address.
In the Assets field, fill in anything you feel you can offer the campaign - if possible select from the drop down menu just below the Assets field as this will help us to make searches more accurate and it gives you an idea as to what we're looking for. On the other hand you're all so talented there are bound to be things we've missed so if nothing in the menu fits, just type it in directly.
(Please enter individual names separately, e.g. Mr & Mrs Smith would be two 'Sign-Ups' with two separate Passwords).
